Coronavirus & About Alpha Creation

It is best to keep focus on Jesus rather than us mere mortals, at least within the scheme of the cosmos. However, if you want to know something about me I have written a bit here.

Due to the current worldwide pandemic I also relay my thoughts about Coronavirus. Just personal thoughts.

CORONAVIRUS

Was Coronavirus sent by God?

Answer = No.

Millions have been infected and hundreds of thousands have died, yet I would not jump to the conclusion that Covid-19 was sent by God. Anything Satan does is a deceit and a lie. People often debate the End of Days or ‘End Times’, so the devil can get in on this act and pretend we are experiencing one of the pestilence periods or pandemics as foretold in the Book of Revelation. Coronavirus is going to stay with us in one form or another but it is not and was not a punishment from God, it was not a plague sent upon humankind because if it were then even more people would have died.

If Satan makes a flood, the tsunami will kill hundreds and destroy property.

If God makes a Flood……

So, if the Coronavirus is not of God, why did God allow it to happen? Doctors and nurses caring for the sick died (and still are), it is a pitiless, dangerous and a systematic virus, preying on anyone and everyone. With so many having lost loved ones, the answer to the question of why is often demanded.

God says we can ask through prayer. However, a main issue is that, in reality, many of us are not praying quite so correctly. Prayer is a serious communication with God, Jesus Himself prayed so hard that blood seeped from His body. And that was Jesus.

I am not suggesting we should try and force our bodies to expel blood, I am just saying that prayer is not meant to be a five minute or even five hour request for help. Prayer needs to be correct and in-line with how Jesus taught his Disciples to pray. The Lord's Prayer for example is one of the hardest and longest meditation acts to do.

So why can we not heal the sick today, not just from Covid-19, from any disease. Well healing is not a magic trick and healing cannot always come by way of faith, because, sadly, our faith today is weak. Who today would die for their faith like the Disciples did? A terrorist would but they have different perspectives and a lower value for life, including their own. They kill and kill others. The Disciples and indeed Jesus, were killed when doing no harm to others.

Again, I am not suggesting for one second that anyone should be prepared to ever put their life in danger, God wants you to live, albeit preferably under the Umbrella of His Son but in any event, believer or atheist, He loves us all equally. I am making the point that society is it seems, in general, weak when it comes to faith & prayer.

I doubt if the world would all unite in general prayer together, not in the way Jesus said. And if we did we would then expect a sudden end to either a pandemic, war or any other worldwide issue which was going on. But prayer is not some kind of spell.

The good news is of course that we do have God given powers, including healing powers.

One is in the curing abilities of those with a healing gift. The gift of patience, for example, can nurture someone through a debilitating illness long enough for the sufferer to regain strength and recover. The gift of medical acumen, in medicine, gives the licence to make great advances in combating devastating afflictions. Whether we will ever be able to eradicate all disease is highly debatable, even if we did there would remain the disease of the mind, which compels us towards bad acts against fellow man, or woman.

Nevertheless, thanks to the great strides in science, medicine and the huge humane dedication of doctors, nurses and everyone involved in the medical profession and all the associated people involved in a healing capacity and the searching for stronger vaccines and the like (these are our Angels) we do indeed have healing powers in society. To believe in God is to pray for all these marvellous people that we have worldwide within humanity.

Coronavirus might be officially over, but it was a terrible thing, so why didn't God appear in the sky during its height, wave His hand and disperse the pandemic? Well God is not a man in the sky with a big white flowing beard. If that was God, then we would have no need to panic about anything. Walk in front of a bus and God’s Finger would come down and protect you. That would be so crazy.

Instead God has, I reiterate, bestowed amongst us extraordinary men & women and the vaccines against Covid-19 have been administered worldwide, a wonderful answer to prayer. The Bible does not teach of a simple protection from disease or tragedy, in fact it teaches the opposite, the Bible makes clear that we are all vulnerable to horrific events. The choice is to either believe in a God that is a believable God, or not to believe. Just don’t believe in a magic god up in space somewhere.

Many millions of people die every year, through flu, disease, accident, tragedy, attack, organ failure and the like. Black Death in the 14th Century killed 25 million people, 60% of the population of Europe at the time. Although Coronavirus was very bad; we have had it worse. We must always keep strong.

Just one death is awful and devastating for a family as loved ones have their world instantly changed. All death is horrible, Coronavirus need not have happened. It is all tragic and numbs our senses with grief.

The answer as to the why of the pandemic is unanswerable in that if we were given an answer we would just respond with more questions. It is a pity that we jump to blame God, even atheists do surprisingly. Why do we not bear our own responsibility in the areas that we dominate and acknowledge our mistakes, like how we mess with nature and habitat, the environment and atmosphere, eating habits and livestock control, chemical and virus manipulations. Warfare.

At the start we mentioned the 'End Times' and sure we can see with our very eyes that some of the biblical prophesies are already coming true, yet we have no idea of God's Ultimate Time Line. However, it is good form to seek out, with a little more urgency in these days, the desires God might have for our individual lives. So try always the following - be charitable, seek joy and peace, be patient, kind and good, try generosity, gentleness and faithfulness, practice modesty and self-control.

Each one of those categories can be a challenge all by itself. Good luck. Success in one or two of them, or even a few of them, can be uplifting for your spirit.
